Do you ship outside of the United States?

  • No. We currently ship only to the Continental United States.

What is your refund policy?

What happens if my shrimp are dead on arrival? 

  • You will receive a refund for the cost of the number of dead shrimp only. Please see our refund policy for more information.

Do you plan on offering more products in the future?

  • Absolutely. We plan on offering aquarium plants, food, different types of shrimp, and maybe even fish!
